Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes, additional issues are discovered, or specialized parts or equipment are required. Any such changes will be communicated and approved by you before additional work proceeds.
4. Payment

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate information or unsafe conditions.
